Manic Monday: Pride
The Manic Monday theme is "pride," and I am stumped.
I just can't think of anything funny to say.
My brain resembles cookie dough with raisins in it.
(I hate raisins.)
I even searched through my archives, to see if I'd ever used the word "Pride" before in a post.
It turns out that I have used it twice. HERE and HERE.
I searched for "Proud" and found THIS and THIS and THIS, among others.
Yet, today, today my mind is empty.
In a way, that's kind of nice.
And still, I'm not proud of it. :)
Send me your receipt, and the appropriate forms completed in triplicate, and I'll refund the money you spent on today's post.

No refund necessary since as always when visiting here, I got my money's worth. : )
Can I have my refund in trade?
Later Y'all.
You can be proud of your honesty and humility.
Janna, I think a lot of us wondered about the word before posting. Are we proud of this country right now run by a maniac that we must get rid of... But I'm proud we (Democrats) want Obama in office so I went positive and put our flag up on my post because I am proud of it! :)
I seem to have lost my receipt. Can I have a in-blog credit?
Take pride that your brain is resting today. Just saying. Have a great MM. :)
Jamie: Oh! Good! Whew!
Meloncutter: In farts, yes.
Feefifoto: Maybe.
Teach: I agree about the maniac thing.
WillThink4Wine: As long as it's been less than 7 days.
Sandee: LOL. Rest is good. :)
EvilGenius: Ooooh, I DID post about that. It's over at Jantrails. :) Go check!
Lots of people spend good time an money learing to meditate so they can empty thier minds. You can be proud of figuring that out all on your own.
Marilyn: And I didn't even have to say "OHMMMM.... Ohmmmm...." Though maybe I should try it anyway, just to see what happens.
I don't need a refund. This was a perfect fit.
I think in order to fully understand the word Pride, we must break it down into it's two smaller parts, Pri and De. "PRI" is a unit of ISDN made up of 23 B channels and 1 D channel, commonly used in telecom delivery. "De" is conveniently (and somewhat apropos to the conversation), the 4th and 5th letters of the English Alphabet, respectively.
I think you see where I'm going with this.
