Chocolate: transcending time and space and veganism

Here's a sentence I never, ever thought I'd say:
"This afternoon, I had organic dairy-free chocolate and chocolate soy milk for a snack."

I did.

And I'm kind of alarmed to admit that I rather liked it.

The chocolate was awfully terribly expensive; three bucks a bar. I shouldn't have bought it because I really can't afford to be throwing money away on stuff like that, but I decided to try it anyway.
For you, my lovely audience.
Please pretend to care. :)

The chocolate didn't taste fake at all. Which I guess makes sense, since all the cocoa was real; it just didn't have any milk in it.

Also I tried another Larabar today.
This one was "Cherry Pie" flavored.
And it really did taste like cherry pie.
It seemed smaller than the lemon variety I tried on Thursday. Odd.

Also, as far as I can remember, today is the first time I've tried pumpkin seeds.

My brain is screaming for pepperoni pizza and tacos and bacon cheeseburgers and barbecue sandwiches.
And chicken subs and spaghetti & meatballs and macaroni & cheese and seven-layer burritos.
Must.... wait... til.... Monday....
Must... not... lick... random animals...

--------------------------------------------------------

Breakfast:
I got up kinda late (hey, it's Saturday) so all I had was a kiwi.

Lunch:
Rice with Mexican seasonings
Cherry Pie Larabar
Diet Pepsi

Mid-Afternoon snack:
Organic orange-flavored dark chocolate (dairy-free)
Chocolate soy milk

Dinner:
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Tossed Salad w/carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, snow peas, & balsamic vinaigrette
Kiwi

--------------------------------------------------------

Everybody can almost breathe a sigh of relief, because tomorrow (Sunday) is my very last day of veganism! Ever!
If you listen closely, you can hear animals and cheeses shuddering in fearful anticipation of the carnivorous horrors that Monday will bring.
Bwahahahaaa.
