Things the letters FEET could stand for

1. France Eats Exquisite Tripe
2. Flying: Everyone Expects Turbulence
3. Fart Extensively Every Tuesday
4. Fried Elephants Eaten Tomorrow
5. Flashers Expose Each Tidbit
6. Frightened Environmentalists Exist Today
7. Fighting Extraterrestrials: Extremely Troublesome
.
Note: My apologies for not posting this a week ago on the 28th,
which is when MikeWJ
actually invited me to do a post about feet.

Day #5
of my seven-day vegetal odyssey:

Breakfast: Hash browns, tea
Lunch: Strawberry-banana smoothie, granola bar,
smoked almonds, cheese crackers
Snack: Balaton cherries and Concord grapes
Dinner: Two gardenburgers*, Pretzels & crackers w/cheese dip
Snack: Cookies and tea
...................................................................................................................

*I actually learned to like gardenburgers back when I was in college. A vegetarian acquaintance introduced me to them. They look nothing like meat, and they taste nothing like meat, but wow, they're good anyway!

Steve: I'm only a veeeerrry brief visitor to your side. Trust me. :) I'm greatly looking forward to Monday, when I fully plan to immerse myself in barbecue sandwiches.

I like veggie burgers; I even eat veggie sausages patties - but there is only one brand I have found palatable and even tho I have a freezer full I can't remember the name. :(

P.S. Just clicked your link - that's the brand Morningstar - the greek ones are super good.

Grace: I like the veggie patties (the ones that actually look like they're made of minced vegetables). I noticed at the supermarket that they came in different flavors. Can't remember whether I saw Greek or not, but there was Asian and Southwest.
What I DON'T like are the "veggie" meats and sausages that actually try to look like meat. They actually (sort of) look like hot dogs and chicken nuggets and burgers. But they sure don't taste like it. In fact, they kind of creep me out. The taste, the texture, the smell.... bleahhh.
:P

FEET=Foolish Elocution Elicits Tee-hees!

Regarding vegetarianism: I live very near not 1, not 2, not 3, but four BBQ joints and all of them make mouth-watering BBQ sandwiches. I might have one tonight. But enjoy your veggie burgers. Those are good, too. Pretty much.

MikeWJ: It's ok; taunt me all you want. :) I have only one more day of vegetarianism, and then I can have all the BBQ ribs in the world! :)
