Thoughts for today
I wonder how many other languages have words for "Bubble Wrap".
When aspirin powder is made into tablets, what holds it together in pill form? Glue? Magic? Happy thoughts?
I seem to get a lot of e-mail spam asking me if I want moles and warts removed. Am I on some kind of "But She Has A Nice Personality" list?
.

That's ridiculous. Who said you had a nice personality?
I crack myself up!
Are you sure it was powder first? Maybe it comes out of the asperin tree in big blocks and they just cut them into tablets.
Actually, I was thinking of having a wart added to the tip of my nose!!
And when are they going to invent self-cleaning windows?
What is it with you and bubble wrap lately? Is this some kind of new kinky fetish?
Those are really good questions. I may now have to spend my day seeing how aspirin is made. Curses to you Janna!!! But only nice harmless curses of course.
I think the answer to the Aspirin question is pressure. I saw on that How It's Made show on Discovery that pills are usually smashed together using large metal plates, though I'm not totally up on the specifics much anymore. :)
Also, I'd like to invite you to submit your blog to the US Blogs community on Bumpzee. It's a great place to connect with other bloggers and find other great blogs that are here in the States.

doesn't the Excederin Bunny just crap out the little tablets?
Oh wait, that's the Energizer Bunny.
I'd hate to pass a D battery...
While you get wart removal ones, I get all the UK lottery spam mails. At least two a day.
I love bubble wrap. I think my children will get nothing but bubble wrap for Christmas this year...it's all they actually play with anyway.
Mr. Fab: My alternate personalities say it all the time. THEY LIKE me.
Marilyn: If only there was a documentary I could watch...
Metalmom: Does insurance cover that?
Steve: Probably after I'm dead.
Lee: I like bubble wrap. A lot. It's exciting.
Natalie: Harmless curses to you, too. :)
Sephyroth: Ah, so there IS a documentary! But I don't get cable! Aaacccghhh!!
Morgen: The Excedrin Bunny! Of course! That explains everything!
Aisby: It will be a lot cheaper that way. And no batteries required!
