And they will never steal her stapler ever again

Once upon a time there was a warthog named Penelope.

Penelope loved chicken gravy and mashed potatoes.

This, of course, meant chickens and potatoes were afraid of her and never wanted to be friends.
It also explained the mysterious disappearance of all the chickens and potatoes who kept annoying her at work.

They were delicious.

Brian: I recommend spending a little extra for the expensive gravy.

razzamadazzle: Write it on a post-it note and keep it by your desk!

If only we all worked with real potatoes and chickens instead of potatoheads and chickens****s.

Hedgewitch: And on Fridays we could all have french fries and chicken nuggets! Start deciding now which dipping sauces should go with each co-worker.

When I visit you I think that I should change my prompt from the Friday Funfest, to the Friday Foodfest!
Loved your 55 My Friend.
You are like crossing over the border into Michigan, after spending a week in Ohio.
Thanks for playing, and have a Kick Ass Week-End

G-Man: I've done that! (the Ohio thing). It IS nice to come home again. :)
Cincinnati people do some pretty weird things with chili.

People who steal staplers need to disappear. Thanks for an inventive way to accomplish that.
My 55 also discusses delicious things:
Bacon-fat gravy

Perhaps this is why my potatoes are standoffish . . .

What a foolish mash potatoes, stealing her stapler like that.

avoid the clap: Thank you! (P.S. You have a very interesting name.) (!!) :o

Enchanted Oak: I also get upset when people steal garlic bread.

nonamedufus: Weeelll, let's see.... according to the first chapter of Genesis, plants were created before animals....

Ami Mattison: You're welcome! Thanks for visiting. :)

TALON: The only possible exception might be chocolate cake. Even then, we might be able to work something out.

Bubba: Boss gravy isn't bad, once you stir away all the bubbles of hot air. :)

MamaZen: Try lulling them into a false sense of security by playing classical music.

Alice: Foolish indeed!

They always steal my stapler too. And my scotch tape, pens, scissors and glue.

WOW -- 4 days with no electricity, holy cow. Bet that would make for some wild blogging posts.

Jannie: What about post-it notes? Do they ever steal those? I like post-it notes. And staplers. Are these your scissors?

MonkeyMan: Me too!

Chelle: I'm glad to encourage anything which involves potatoes and chicken gravy. :)

kavisionz: Once the number of co-workers mysteriously dips to zero, Penelope has to change jobs a lot... beware. :o
