It's December and my brain feels like a strawberry smoothie
I realize this makes me a total wuss and I totally deserve to be taunted by Minnesotans and penguins and Canadians, but I AM COLD.
Cold.
Cold!
It's hard to type when one can't quite feel one's extremities.
Ah, there's an extremity... no, wait... that's a container of deodorant.
Well, at least I'll smell nice when my remains thaw out in springtime.
And... no, that's a pretzel...
And to think I used to LOVE this stuff when I was younger.
Gah.
Let the taunting commence.

Two words: electric blanket
Don't be so cheap. Just pay your heating bill, Janna.
Be thankfull you don't live in Churchill, Manitoba - it's currently -2F, but going up to a balmy +5F tomorrow! Its average winter temperature is around -30F - doesn't that make you feel warmer?
;-)
I've lived in super cold/snowy places and I've lived in the Caribbean - I'd opt for moderate if I could...
Marla: Hmmmmmm....
nonamedufus: I knew I was forgetting something...
00dozo: Thirty BELOW? Accgkk!
Grace: Moderate is good! Everything is good in moderation. Including moderation.
What's worse is living in the Pacific Northwest and complaining about the "big snowstorm" that has dropped a whopping 2", paralyzing the city. I know, I know - that hardly counts as snow in other parts of the country. But out here, it might as well be a blizzard!
markmywordssite: I've heard of that phenomenon! I used to have a friend who lived in California and he said they'd get all panicky about there being a "storm" when in fact it was simply raining a little bit.
Kinda like me complaining about a little snow when Minnesotans & Canadians get multiple FEET of the stuff. :)
