I'm sure colorful decorative foil would help make most of the items on your list more palatable (I'm not so sure about "appealing"), but politicians? Not so much.

Can recommend a good source for colorful tin foil? Because there are sooooo many things I need to wrap right now!
Celery wouldn't be good no matter what you wrapped it in. Ever.
