Two things that happened on Friday
1. Some lady reached back and scratched her butt as she was getting into her car in the parking lot. She might also have been pulling out a wedgie. Either way, she was really digging around because she didn't think anyone was watching.
2. I learned that if you go anywhere remotely near a Wal-Mart parking lot in the 2nd half of December, you will be inundated with thousands of vehicles going in all directions much like a giant gas-powered swarm of gnats.

Wal-Mart at Christmas? Be afraid, be very, very afraid. jeNN
Sorry for picking out my seat. I thought I was at the movies.
That is so true about Walmart. What is it about their parking lots that make people lose all sense of order? Wait, I think I know... it's the giant magnets that suck people in there against their will.
It's all part of their scheme to take over the world.
That's the worse you saw at the Wal-Mart? Your Wal-Mart doesn't compare to ours then. That's just the tip of the iceberg where we are.
Parking lot driving really sucks! You need 7 sets of eyes.
I am weary of all things Wal-mart. And I have never shopped there in my life -
bigjeNN: I know! It's awful!
Marla: LOL!
Jeff: If they've already taken over my tiny little community, the rest of the world can't be far behind.
UnfinishedRambler: Thank goodness! I'm sure worse stuff goes on there, but since I usually try to stay away, I don't see the vast majority of it.
Otin: Exactly true!
Grace: I'm weary of it too. And I do usually go out of my way to shop somewhere else. Once in a while, though, I cringe and wince and go to the giant faceless Wal-Monster. I always end up hating the experience, but they have a vastly better selection than most other places. Sigh. And I hate to admit that they do tend to be cheaper, which matters to me these days. But they're so huge, it's hard for me to navigate the store with my bad back and limited mobility. And the parking is always, ALWAYS terrible. Even some of the handicapped spots are too far away for me to comfortably walk. That's why, if at all possible, I prefer going to smaller stores.
Janna, this site's made just for you:

You're welcome!
MikeWJ: LOL, yes... I've seen that one. Isn't it great? In fact, it's one of the links in my sidebar. :)
Oh, I never look at people's links. I'm too afraid I won't be listed there.
MikeWJ: I know the feeling. I'm not on most people's blogrolls either. But take comfort; you're on mine. See the yellow bar that says "Blogs To Visit"? Click on the plus sign... Voila! There you are, beautifully alphabetized along with the others. Here... here's a kleenex to dry your tears.
