First of all, I'm not entirely sure what the hell that is on his/her head. If it's hair, then that person needs a serious conditioning. But more disturbingly... is that liquid leaking from beneath?
That just makes me want to haul out my clippers and do a serious shave job. Talk about disgusting!

Grace: You're probably right! Unless it's a sick joke using a wig... look at that part near the bottom where it's all blonde on the edges. It's like he/she made some freaky kind of wig-sculpture out of other people's hair. I dunno. Hard to tell! If it really is his/her own hair, then you're right... probably very lonely.
