Counting my blessings... at least in the bathroom
No matter how lousy my day/week/year has been so far, I can at least be grateful that my arm hasn't been sucked down a toilet on a high-speed train.
This guy, however, wasn't quite so lucky.

I can also be glad that my head hasn't gotten stuck in a toilet, with a hydraulic toilet lid nearly crushing my neck.
This guy, though, well.... not quite as fortunate.

Ouch! Reminds me of that one time I sat down at the computer to do some work and my time got sucked away into a black hole.
The only thing left as evidence were some non-sequiter comments on blogs here and there.
...i think i need a picture to understand that second one...can't quite wipe, oops, i mean wrap, my head inside, i mean around that one...
First, let me say: ouch. Next, I'm so thankful that I don't know these people. I can't imagine trying to keep a straight and sympathetic face when my friend tried to tell me that they were almost killed by a toilet.
I rteally need to know exactly what it is you are putting in the search engine to find these things. Or may be not.
To make your week a little less sucky, you did win something chocolate. Stop by my blog when you can.
1. why was his hand down there? Did he drop his cell phone?
2. Why was his head.neck that close? Was he looking for worms in his poo? Or making sure it was a "S" shaped?
Wow! I agree..my day ain't so bad!
Whall: A lot of my time gets sucked into a black hole too. There must be some sort of Bermuda Cyber-Triangle between Michigan and Texas and someplace else.
Morgian: Pictures would have been GREAT!
Faiqa: It WOULD be hard to keep a straight face. "So... (*mmph*) the toilet lid fell on you and (*snicker*) that's how you (*pffp heehee*) sprained your... no, I'm not laughing! Why would you think that? (*mmfhhhh!!**)
DaOldMan: Yaaaay! Chocolate!
EvilGenius: Mine too!
TheHussyHousewife: Yes, if I remember correctly, the first guy dropped his cell phone, which is why his arm was in the toilet. The second guy, I believe, was a plumber who was working on the toilet and accidentally activated the hydraulic lid.
Travis: Pretty cool, huh? :)
