One thing at a time, one thing at a time

"I think I'll call our new band the 'Purple Horse Boogers'," opined Sam.

Artie cringed. "What kind of name is that?"

"What? Should the boogers be orange instead? Wait; how about this: 'The Antique Sparrow Hernias'? Or 'Martha's Favorite Toenail'?

"What kind of music do you play?"

"Well, we haven't gotten that far yet."

Oh yes, you have hung around a band or two, or at least you have me convinced that you have. :) I thought this was splendid, and your blog too.

Please don't stop the music..

G-Man: Sorry for the delay. My brain is distracted by many things these days.

Cad: Indeed!

avoidtheclap: LOL! Technically, that could be possible, if the band had hits from live performances but hadn't put out an album yet. They could have "hits" that were crowd favorites, just nothing that had made the charts yet. Hmm...

Lydia: Thanks for visiting!

Olivia: I promise the music will continue. It's playing in my head right now. (*pauses to check*) Yes, right now it's playing "Perfect Circle", by R.E.M.

I thought you were actually using names for new cereal.

This is hilarious. I'm so glad that I read this!

MonkeyMan: I hereby promise that I will never, ever eat a cereal called "Purple Horse Boogers". No matter how many vitamins it has.

MamaZen: Yay! :)

You never fail to crack me up, Janna.

And I think a lot of bands get started with music last.

Hey, A GREAT band name can be inspiring. But I don't think "Purple Horse Boogers" will be what they are looking for. LOL

DoctorFTSE: Music without music is sort of like steak without meat.

Margaret: These days, y'never know!
