"But I don't want to swim in there!" Johnny cried. "I'll get wet! And something will eat me!"
Mom shrugged. "That's the way it is. Some of us snap, some of us crackle. Your uncle Louie even popped. He always did have to be different. Now hurry up. The milk is waiting, and someone's hungry."

Delightful 55 Janna
Talking Rice Krispies?
Who'd a thunk it?
Very strange 55 Janna
But of course I Loved It.
Thanks for playing, you are like a succulent 5 Pound Lobster, on a plate of Shrimp!!
Thanks for playing, and have a Kick Ass Week-End
MOOOOOOON!!!!
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I guess we were too poor for branded cereal. I remember having to make up our own characters.
Funny, my kids get everything they want... is there some strange connection?
moondustwriter: What a great idea! And the crunching muffles their screams!
G-Man: Lobster and shrimp sound good, with a ton of butter and some garlic. (*pauses to drool*)
G-Man: Awwww. :)
PheromoneGirl: I wonder! :)
Oh, so this is why I keep finding the little rice puff clinging to the edge of the bowl.
i like to sprinkle mine with sugar just to make them feel better as they go down...
Oh very clever. Would you believe it took me a few seconds to get it? I can be a dense sometimes. Very neat what-ever-you-call-these stories.
Now I feel sorry for my breakfast cereal.
I'm never going to be able to eat them again! (OK - yes I will, in melted chocolate and marshmallow so they can't speak!)
My 55 are here.
I am lactose intolerant so mom used to brew some tea leaves in a huge glass of milk!
Off late I have started sipping soy milk! Very different 55..
Weekend hugs xx
This cracked me up! You truly have a unique sense of humor.
Good one, great scene! thanks.
I'll never look at my cereal the same way again. Hilarious 55.
Alice: That's exactly why!
Brian: Or maybe it just makes them die a horrible, sticky death....
Grace: Thanks for sticking with it til you got it. :)
MonkeyMan: It's ok. I'm sure it did something to deserve it.
MorningAJ: Yum!
Olivia: Wait... if she knew you were lactose-intolerant, why would she purposely have given you tea with milk?...?
MamaZen: I try!
izzy: Thanks for visiting!
hedgewitch: The trick is to wear earplugs so you can't hear them shrieking.
this would make a good childrens story...can add other cereals to the list too! :)
Enjoy your weekend.

Snap, crackle and pop. The 3 things my back does when I try and bend over.

Happy Weekend.
Love, love, loved it!
jingling chains
Lulda Casadaga: Excellent... I can begin scarring children for life through the medium of breakfast cereal...
nonamedufus: OMG! Me too!
Jingle: Just think of all the money you'll save!
gautami tripathy: Thank you!
