2011... already?
Really?
Honestly?
Can't we arrange some other deal instead, where I gradually go back in time and fix some of the stupid mistakes I made when I was younger? The 1990's, for example... and some of the early 2000's. Come to think of it, let's just start everything all over again. Maybe we can invent something like an Etch-A-Sketch where everything will just be erased if you turn yourself upside down and shake a lot.
Sigh.
I fear that no one will comment today because everyone will have a hangover the size of Manhattan.

A sign that it's 2011 and we're getting older: We stayed in last night and have a lovely dinner. As soon as it hit midnight, we shut out the lights and went to sleep. The positive side: no hangovers!
An Etch-A-Sketch? No thanks - my shoulders are square enough as it is and besides I'd get really dizzy being shook while I was upside down!
;-)
Happy New Year!
I had a hangover already yesterday so I just made nye low key. Hung out with mom, watched all the fireworks from the top of all the strip casinos, texted my friends, drove home and slept. This year is going to be a good one :)
Steve: That sounds suspiciously similar to MY evening!
00dozo: There are times when I think the dizziness might be worth it.
Kyle: I spent the evening with my mom too. Watched stuff on TV, had pizza. Good times. :)
Happy new year, Honey. Don't ever think about going back. All the stuff that happened before is what made you what you are today. And that's a good thing!
Linda: Possibly true!
