The bad news is that Big Bird probably won't fit in your oven, no matter how wonderful your recipe for "Big Bird A L'orange" is.
On the bright side, if you own a giant meat cleaver or a chainsaw, you can whack him into perfect size portions that will be just right for tomorrow's lunch.

Big Bird would keep you fed all year :)
love it,
I used to watch The Sesame street on PBS when my kids are young...very familiar with big bird, Elmo's world, and more...
your 55 brought back sweet memories.
Merry Christmas.
Janna....
Please get rid of those thoughts!
Perfect Whimsy My Dear.
Loved your 55...
You are like the last gas pump still set at 2.59 a gallon, before the gas station attendant jacked it up to 3.05 on Tuesday!!
Thanks for playing, and have a Kick Ass Week-End...G
Oh my! But then again, you're right!
Fun 55.
add a little mayo and celery to the mix and you'll have a BIG BIRD Salad Sandwich. Mmmmm.
Love it. Not the salad, too much mustard for me...but wait, don't go...I was trying to say love it...your 55 that is.
My Flash 55 is posted Scroll down below my show n tell for Friday to find it.
Have a great weekend.
I don't think Elmo would be tickled by that!
I like the way your mind works. Supremely evil 55--great work.
I thought Elmo was a vegan???
Funny 55
Have a great holiday - may they be bright and not too cold
You could always build a fire pit and spit-roast him... but personally I'm holding out for a nice Snuffleupagus Sautee!
Christmas is carnage.
Belinda: Sad but true! :)
Hootin'Anni: I'd rather have mustard than mayo. I really hate mayo. :) Better yet, we could use some oriental-type dressing and toss him with some chow mein noodles...
nonamedufus: We'll never know unless we try!
hedgewitch: I try!
moondustwriter: Elmo is a vegan?
Eric: Yum! :o
MonkeyMan: Carnage with music in the background!
KB: Yay for leftovers!
Jingle: I never really learned to like Sesame Street... I liked The Electric Company and stuff for older kids. Even when I was a toddler I didn't like programming that was made for toddlers. I always wanted the stuff made for older kids. Weird, huh?
G-Man: Accghh! The gas prices are something, aren't they? I keep remembering when I was in college it was 89 cents a gallon. And when I was a kid it was 55 cents.
What is this? Goth Sesame Street?
Marla: Sort of like Goth Sesame Street, mixed with Food Network programming.
