This is spit and swallow :)
The swallows that make these nests use their own saliva to build their nests. Considered a delicacy but, not up my alley.

Wavemancali: I know. I still can't get over the fact that people make SOUP out of those nests... and they're made out of bird spit! Bleccchh!
Otin: Or an effective threat to make someone go to the gym... e.g. ("Lift those weights or I'll pour this bird spit down your throat!")
