Recurring Dreams

Since others of you have been posting weird dreams lately (Check out Morgen and Onion-Boy), I thought I'd join in too. Today I'd like to mention my recurring dreams.
There are two recurring dreams I have from time to time:
1) I'm back in college, it's near the end of the semester, and I realize I haven't attended my classes hardly at ALL. I guiltily realize with a shock that I've GOT to shape up or ship out.
2) I'm driving a car and the brakes aren't working. I push the brake all the way to the floor and the car barely slows down.
Anyone care to either
a) analyze these, or
b) share your own recurring dreams?

lately, I've been dreaming even weirder dreams than usual for me...
kicking Mushroom Banditos are just the half of it...

last night, I remember helping an old lady home with her groceries (I rode in her old beat up car with her) and she lived in a very nice (almost mansion) up on a hill with a gated driveway and a stone gazebo/temple in the middle of the circular drive... anyway, inside, she and her "maid" who was more like a live-in companion and a nice young man all basically lived in the manion's kitchen. They watched wheel of fortune & jeopardy. And invited me to watch with them.
It turns out the young man was on Jeopardy that night -- and he won a million dollars (they had been sworn to secrecy until the episode aired) and to celebrate, the old lady had brought the young man home a prize (me!) so I got to have a make-out session with this young stud --- I remember licking his armpits!!!
Then, the old lady invited me to move in with them and become part of their eccentric family!
Weird, eh?

I have heard that the no brakes thing is a sub-conscious feeling that your life is out of control. Hmm....

I have the college dream at least once a month. Mine starts with me waking up in the house I live in senior year and realizing I hadn't gone to my math class ONCE. And the final was that day. I don't even have a good idea of what type of math class it is. I start scheming about how to get sympathy from the professor, or how to cram everything in. Now, I usually wake up for real before I have to actually go into the exam- but I used to dream that I was sitting in front of the test. Everything looked like Greek and I knew the jig was up.

I think all school dreams are manifestations of an imposter complex or just plain old anxiety.
